"I am a triplet and constantly being compared or mixed up with my brother and sister pushed me very early on to understand who I really was as an individual. At the same time, accepting that I am gay helped me affirm my identity even more, against expectations and standards. Painting is an important part of my life, honestly, I couldn’t live without it. It’s how I express what I feel and give meaning to things."
