WHAT?

We aim to infuse the fashion and lifestyle industry with inclusivity until it becomes the new standard. By celebrating diversity and reshaping beauty, we represent, train, and support diverse talents in their careers.

Additionally, we offer consultancy services to help companies embrace and integrate genuine diversity and inclusion.

WHY?

-> 1 in 4 Flemish LGBTQIA+'s attempted suicide

-> People with disabilities only come into view 1.1% of the time, while 15% of the population has an (in)visible disability

-> The fashion industry wants to serve as many people as possible with as few sizes as possible

-> At least 40% of the models develop some form of eating disorder because of the unrealistic ideals

-> Only 30% on average of the models at fashion weeks worldwide are of color

Morgane Gielen (b. 1994) is a lifestyle and fashion photographer based in Belgium. She founded No Babes Agency to make the industry she had been working in for several years more inclusive, diverse, and ethically correct.
