Portfolio Shoot Days
Every month, we organize one Portfolio Shoot Day with a No Babes photographer. You can book a 30-minute photoshoot for €150 excl. VAT, including 5 professionally retouched images of your choice.
This shoot is ideal if you want to start as a model but are unsure where to begin, or if you already have experience and want to refresh or expand your portfolio. It is also perfect if your look has changed, your current images feel outdated, or you notice that clients are increasingly asking for more variety.
A strong and versatile portfolio not only enhances your professional image, but also increases your visibility and your chances of getting booked!

What is the database?
Whether you already have experience or are just taking your first steps: everyone with an interest in modeling is welcome!
Your registration is completely non-binding and without a contract. It's ideal for those who want to combine modeling with another job, or for those who want to explore whether this world is right for them.
We will pitch you to our clients without any obligation. If there’s interest, we’ll contact you and you can decide whether you want to participate in the casting.
What is important, however? A clear and professional portfolio, so we can present strong images to our clients.

Difference between the database and being signed?
As a signed model, you will receive personal guidance and training from us as your mother agency. We actively pitch you to international clients and agencies, giving you the opportunity for international castings. Moreover, your profile will always take priority when we present models to our clients. You will also receive your own model page on www.nobabes.be/models.
Signed models work full-time on their careers and ensure their portfolios are always up to date. There is more responsibility and pressure, but also more opportunities.
As a database model, modeling work is non-binding. You will be included in our database, which features hundreds of profiles. This means the chances of getting jobs are smaller, and it functions more like a traditional casting agency: we only pitch you when your profile is specifically requested. This is ideal for those just starting out or for those who want to combine modeling with another job.
I want to model but I have no experience. How do I start?
Step one: building a professional portfolio and developing your skills as a model. Without photos, it is not possible to start as a model unless you are scouted by an agency.
At No Babes, we regularly organize workshops and database shootdays where you can expand your portfolio and gain valuable experience. Anyone can sign up – no experience required!
We’ve also created an e-book specifically for beginner models, packed with tips to help you take your first steps in the modeling world successfully.
How does the selection process work after I apply?
After you apply, you will automatically be added to our database—unless your photos are not sufficiently professional. Without strong, professional images, we cannot present you to clients. Unfortunately, casual vacation photos, selfies, or mirror selfies are not sufficient.
If potential jobs arise for you, we will contact you via email with the details of the assignment.
Next, we review your profile internally. If we see the potential to represent you under contract worldwide, we will reach out to discuss the next steps.

We are sometimes asked if we only represent 'more unique types' and not the traditional beauty ideal. The answer to that question? True inclusivity is about representing everyone.
