A full moon is a powerful time to meditate. This has to do with the position of the planets at that time. During meditation you can tune in to your inner world and use the power of the moon to release, reflect, or manifest.

PEACE MEDITATION

War and peace are not just things that happen in the world outside world, but also in our inner world. WHO GIVES THE MEDITATION?
 

Sabine is the mother from founder Morgane Gielen, and is already exploring 40 years all forms of spiritual development. From a strong need for understanding, self-knowledge, development, balance, deepening, and meaning.
 

After years of research, exploration, experience, chambering, tasting and appreciating, she realizes that all those acquired knowledge is too valuable to keep to herself. She likes to share her insights with others through guided meditations.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is about (mental) silence. You let your mind completely relax and eventually try to reach a different state of consciousness by focusing completely on the here and now. This results in many mental and physical benefits. It can be practiced in all kinds of ways, there is no one way that is the only right one.

Meditation has many benefits. It makes you more peacful, people who meditate generally lead a happier life than those who don't, it helps with anxiety, stress, and depression, it makes you sleep better, it lowers your blood pressure, it improves your concentration,.. .And so much more!

What is the difference between the full moon meditations and the peace meditations?

Full moon meditations focus on connecting with the energy of the specific month in which you meditate, and the horoscope signs associated with this. Every month you focus on something different that makes it just as interesting and complete. Peace meditations are there to connect with yourself and others around you, and to stand in your own strength.

Who are the meditations for?

Everyone is welcome, both young and old. Meditation always sets something in motion, even if you don't experience it consciously or not immediately.
