"I was trained as a fashion designer at the Fashion Academy, and as tough as it was to get through the program, I also learned how toxic the industry is, including for models. Because of certain stigmas about body image in the industry, I’ve always struggled with my own body image and never felt I would quite fit in unless I go with the "size 0" lifestyle. Although I never exactly saw myself ending up as a model, I was trained to stand out character and personality wise, which helped me to find my voice not just behind but also in front of the camera. I think No Babes makes the industry richer and fuller of life as they give a chance to people who would never get that opportunity."
